Response times
We answer support email Monday to Friday and aim to reply within 1 business day. Privacy and account deletion requests are completed within 30 days, sooner where required by law. Replies outside business hours, on weekends, and on public holidays may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience.

These steps fix most issues in under a minute. If the problem continues, please contact support@labelyai.com.

Restart the app
Close Labely fully (swipe it away from the recent apps view) and reopen it. This clears most temporary glitches.

Update to the latest version
Open the App Store or Google Play, search for Labely, and install any pending update. Many fixes ship in the latest release.

Check camera permission
iOS: Settings → Labely → Camera. Android: Settings → Apps → Labely → Permissions. Camera access is required for barcode scanning.

Check your connection
Some ingredient analysis needs the internet. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then re-run the scan.

Restart your device
If the problem persists after a restart, please contact us with your device model, OS version, app version, and a brief description.
Manage your subscription
Subscriptions are sold and managed by the store you bought from. We can’t bill, charge, or refund directly.
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Labely.
- Android: Google Play → menu → Subscriptions → Labely.
- Restore purchases: open Labely → Paywall → Restore purchases while signed in to the same store account used for the purchase.
- Refunds: requested through the store you bought from, under their refund policy. Email support@labelyai.com if you need help locating your receipt.
Delete your account and data
You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time, in two ways:
- Open Labely → Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Email support@labelyai.com from the email on your account with the subject “Delete my account”.
We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for the limited records we may retain for legal or accounting reasons.
